Michael James is the director of Connor Ranch Drug Rehab. Michael started out by opening up 3 sober living homes in Orange County, and after several years of succesfully running sober living homes, decided to branch out and help the addict that is truly in need.

Aury Lor Holtzman MD - The Connor Ranch Drug Rehab licensed MD Dr. Holtzman is a specialist in Suboxone treatment for opioid addiction. He has been a practicing MD since 1988. He brings a wealth of information for addiction treatment.

All of our staff members are picked for their length of sobriety, dedication to the program, and their ability to effectively communicate and deal with the recovering addict. All of the staff counselors are trained in addiction therapy and intervention counseling, and are certified by the State of California as Drug Addiction Counselors. The staff members treat all of the residents with a caring and respectful attitude. We have all gone through addiction and withdrawl, we know how the suffering addict still feels.

The staff members have a varied background, but all are recovering addicts. The former addict can share with the drug rehab participants from first hand experience, not quoting chapters read from a book. Showing the addict that there is hope, and how the staff has overcome their addiction to become succesful counselors helps the program participants realize that there is hope and a good future. By having recovering addicts as counselors and staff, they can relate to the addict who is still suffering.
